Schedule Of Events For The Annual Blue/Gray Show

February 13-16, 2008    

Wednesday February 13.

• 12:00 pm to 12:00 am: Hospitality Room
• All Day: Room to Room Trading!

Thursday February 14.

• 12:00 pm to 12:00 am: Hospitality Room
• 1:00 pm: Table set up (Hosted by Richbrau Chapter but ALL are invited and encouraged to help!)  
• Tables are ONLY  for registered participants staying in other hotels as well as those staying in the ODD numbered rooms in the back section of the Ramada Inn (301 to 341, 401 to 441) NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Brewery Tour: Blue & Gray Brewery, Fredericksburg. 4:00 pm. (beer and merchandise will be available for purchase!)
• All Day: Room to Room Trading!
• The BCCA will be selling their new tab top book as well as the USBC vol. 1 and other supplies.
• The Jersey Shore Chapter of the BCCA will present this year's breweriana display.  The Back Bar will return in 2009.

Friday February 15.

• Trade Tables Available: ONLY  for registered participants staying in other hotels as well as those staying in the ODD numbered rooms in the back section of the Ramada Inn (301 to 341, 401 to 441) NO EXCEPTIONS.
• 9:30 am: NABA Board meeting.
• 1:00 pm: BCCA Board Meeting (room TBA)
• 12:00 pm to 12:00 am: Hospitality Room
• All Day: Room to Room Trading!
• The BCCA will be selling their new tab top book as well as the USBC vol. 1 and other supplies.
• 8:00 pm - Pizza night Bring Your Appetite
• The Jersey Shore Chapter of the BCCA will present this year's breweriana display.
  

Saturday February 16.

• Trade Floor Open To All (Except Dealer Inside Room Occupants)
• 9:00 am: full bottle trade in Banquet Room. Please bring some fresh micro brewery beer from your area to trade. Minimum-one six pack, Maximum-one case. (MUST be 21 or older!)
• 12:00 pm to 12:00 am: Hospitality Room
• 1:00 pm - Wine Goddess Chapter Wine Tasting:
        Meet at the hotel's Garden Terrace restaurant.
        Bring one bottle of wine and an appetizer to share.
• The BCCA will be selling their new tab top book as well as the USBC vol. 1 and other supplies.
• 7:00 pm - Banquet. Speaker, Bob Tupper of Tupper's Hop Pocket.
• 9:30 pm (apx) Rusty Bunch Meeting and table takedown immediately after
• The Jersey Shore Chapter of the BCCA will present this year's breweriana display.
  

Sunday February 17.

• Start the count down until the next Blue-Gray!
